More on what Jumping on the Bull Means

Updated: Mar 3, 2022

I had a dream where a friend of mine was excitedly telling me that we can have victory in every situation we face here and now in our lives. I told her to tell me everything because I wanted to know. Another friend was bull fighting in an arena to my right. And that’s when I heard the Lord speak to me saying ‘Jump on the Bull’. I didn’t want to at first, and I was hesitant. But He repeated the same thing, ‘Jump on the Bull!’ So I jumped on the bull and I remembered that I could fly in my dreams, and so I flew above the bull whenever things got a bit too wild, and so I gained the upper hand over the Wild Bull.

In this dream the Lord was teaching me how to take authority, even in seemingly daunting situations. It was kind of surprising as it seemed like a lot to handle. But He taught me that if I follow His instruction I could do it, and He would lead me into Victory every time. If we follow His lead, He will show us the way forward. It’s kind of like an obstacle course. He’s teaching us how to navigate through these times. But we can pass through a lot easier and much more quickly if we listen to His voice and do what He tells us to do. I find when I listen to Him, He pushes me past fear and natural things that would other be concerning. It’s like I’m sheltered under His protective covering, and I don’t even think of these things because I know I’m safe in His Arms. He’s My safe place, and so I stick with Him no matter what comes my way. I’ve been thinking a lot about this dream. I didn’t catch it all right away. Sometimes at first glance we don’t see everything that the lord is trying to tell us, but in time He reveals things more and more clearly. In time I discovered the meaning of my dream. The bull is like life. Sometimes things seem wild and we don’t always know what to do, but still, Jesus is asking us to Jump on that Bull, and it won’t always seem like the thing we want to do, but there is great reward In jumping. Because to Jump you’ve got to have Faith to keep moving Forward. God can’t do much with a parked car. You’ve got to drive it to get where you’re going. It’s As they Went that they were healed. Luke 17:14 I’ve found that somehow life doesn’t always work out according to the odds. Often life surprises us in a great way and in an hour when we least expected it. So never stop jumping. I feel that ‘Jumping on the Bull’ may be the new ‘Yes Man’ concept. We need to start saying ‘Yes!’ To life. We need to start taking chances (wisely of course) because such is the life of faith. And when we do we find that we truly start living again. So get your foot out of the water and dive in. You were born to swim! We were born to ride the Wild Bull. We were born to fly. We can do it. We just need to take our authority and take that leap of faith, and I believe that when we do, we will be surprised at what we can overcome, and we will see that Jesus really does intend for us to be Victorious in each and every situation we face in this life.
